Description:Techcess Group has an immediate opportunity for a Helpdesk Specialist to work in our Houston TX, Greenway Plaza area office. When joining this rapidly growing IT Outsourcing Service Provider the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with little direction.

Duties:The IT Helpdesk Specialist will perform as a member of a dedicated team of professionals in a high-volume service center operation. This position is responsible for quickly resolving client issues in many diverse environments.

The candidate will be joining a growing IT team and must be able to work closely with the Desktop and Server team to provide remote helpdesk support to our customers.
Qualifications:This position requires a minimum formal education of a H.S. Diploma or GED.

Must Meet the Following Requirements:
Helpdesk experience; minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a helpdesk environment a
Desktop/Laptop support skills with familiarity resolving related problems using remote control tools;
knowledge of ConnectWise and Kaseya a plus
Occasional server support for IMACs (installs, moves, adds & changes)
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office
Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting steps
Strong communications and interpersonal skills when working with technical and non-technical users

The ideal candidate will have had hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows and various hardware (computers, servers, peripherals).
