When joining this rapidly growing IT Outsourcing Service Provider the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The Part Time hours would be 8am - 1pm Monday thru Friday.
|Duties:||The Receptionist will perform:|
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electric filing system.
• Sign for and distribute UPS/ FEDEX/ courier deliveries.
• Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
|Qualifications:||This position requires a minimum formal education of a H.S. Diploma or GED.|
Must Meet the Following Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years clerical experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to type 50 wpm.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills when working with technical and non-technical employees
